the breakfast offered a good variety of food.
The room i had was quite small. The pictures made it seem larger. the air conditioning unit rattled loudly, and i struggled to sleep well. the noise from the street also penetrated the thin windows. i requested a room change, but none were available, a shame.

the staff arranged a day trip for us this made our travel stress-free they also helped organize our airport pick up i had a massage at the spa it was relaxing and exactly what i needed after exploring the city i felt comfortable from the moment i arrived
the room was small according to the price i don't think the hotel is a four star hotel

hotel staff was helpful. the big bathroom had good water pressure. the guide sheet to explore around it was useful and had the best pho eatery recommendations. the staff helped a lot.
also, the cleaning was basic. i would prefer more tidying of room.

i came back for an extra night after staying three nights before. i got a friendly welcome and even a better room, a room upgrade because i was a returning guest, so the bed was even bigger. i tried the spa and had a great vietnamese massage. i used the laundry service too and my clothes came back clean and folded in less than a day.
the hotel claimed to be a 4-star hotel but i think it needs a little work to bring it up to that level. there were garbage trucks making a lot of noise late at night outside my junior suite. the noise went on for more than one hour and i couldn't sleep.

decent location, but some issues
small roominconsistent pressure
The room i booked (beautiful double room) was smaller than expected. the noise from the street was noticeable, especially early in the morning. Trash collection began around 5 am. also, the shower had inconsistent water pressure. It fluctuated a lot. i informed the front desk, but the issue wasn't resolved (this was frustrating).
